Надо вручную перенести папку save из C:\Users\ИМЯ Пользователя\AppData\Roaming\unepic\save
в корень игры,тогда сохранения видно,собсно :

"Edit : For the save issue, I understood more what's happening.
In fact the game creates a folder "unepic" in which is the folder "save" with the save file in the folder "C:\Users\[MyUserName]\AppData\Roaming\". The game can't load it, and you have to manually cut/past the save folder and saved game inside into "C:\GOG Games\Ghost 1.0" to be able to load. But after you did this, it seems to work well."
