This is nothing I invented, but the directory structure of the legit game and exactly what installing the game from PLAZA's .iso will yield you.

In-Game Filters DLC отсутствует ?

К сожалению в репак с русской озвучкой закралась ошибка, отсутствует файл the_keeper_en.streamed, вместо него 
the_keeper_es.streamed, в 7 эпизоде виснет нету голосов, дальше не пройти. 
спасибо ребятам что писали выше...

Решение - ставить с английским, затем ставить самим русскую озвучку (она патчит нужные файлы включая этот).

Решение 2 - уже готовый файл после установки русской озвучки. 
Просто копируем файл в tew/base/
